1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Voin Technologies ([registered legal name]). A signed proposal or agreement for a specific project takes priority over these terms.
2. Website content and tools
Our calculators, quiz and other tools give estimates for information only. They are not quotes. Prices shown on this website are starting prices in USD and may change. A binding price is only given in a written quote.
3. Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for [30] days. Monthly services are billed in advance in USD. Fixed-price projects are paid in milestones as set out in the quote [e.g. deposit, design sign-off, launch]. Late payments may pause work.
4. Ad spend and third-party costs
Advertising spend is paid directly by you to the ad platforms from accounts you own. Third-party costs such as software subscriptions, themes, plugins, domains, hosting or WhatsApp Business messaging fees are paid by you unless the quote says otherwise.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and access to the accounts we need, and to make sure any content you give us does not infringe the rights of others.
6. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the deliverables created for you, including designs, websites, brand files and automations, subject to the licenses of any third-party components. Ad accounts, analytics and CRM are set up in your name.
7. Results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, competition and platform changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads or revenue.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Monthly services roll month to month and can be canceled with [30 days] written notice. Fees for work already completed are not refundable. Project deposits cover work started and are non-refundable once work begins, unless agreed otherwise in writing [confirm refund policy].
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services.
10. Liability
